JLK Rosenberger Wins Marketing Achievement Award with Unique Recruiting Event

IRVINE, CA – May 20, 2025 – JLK Rosenberger received a 2025 Marketing Achievement Award (AAM-MAA) from the Association for Accounting Marketing for its immersive recruiting event, Audit 500. The award was presented at the AAM Summit held May 13 in Phoenix, Arizona. Marketing Director JoLayna Arndt and Marketing Coordinator Jen Luker accepted the award on behalf of the firm.

Audit 500: A Real-World Auditing Experience
Launched in response to the accounting profession’s talent shortage, the Audit 500 offers students a fast-paced, three-day simulation of a real audit engagement. Participants work alongside JLK Rosenberger’s professionals and gain practical experience in audit planning, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
Unlike traditional recruiting events, the Audit 500 bridges the gap between classroom learning and professional practice. It also allows the firm to evaluate candidates more meaningfully and effectively.
Marketing Supports Collaborative Launch
Marketing played a key role in branding and launching Audit 500. From naming and visual design to building landing pages and QR-based tools for university recruiting events, the team helped bring the initiative to life and broaden its reach.
