Promotion success within our global community
As a network that is committed to supporting our people achieve their potential, we’re delighted to announce a raft of partner and director promotions within the PKF Global family.
Several of our friends and colleagues at our European member firms have recently celebrated their promotions to partner:
- Gladys Cristiaensen, newly promoted partner at Belgian member firm PKF BOFIDI, will focus on strengthening and expanding the firm’s VAT service offering.
- Having contributed significantly to the growth of the audit department, Gersi Tahmazi has been appointed PKF Albania’s Head of Audit & Assurance.
- PKF Norway’s Kristoffer Jossan Hegge has risen through the ranks since joining as a graduate in 2013 and is now an equity partner.
- With over 10 years’ experience in tax consulting, PKF München’s newest partner Patrick Loibl uses his significant expertise to support clients and peers alike.
- PKF Fasselt has welcomed two new partners to its leadership team: Christian Hanke in Duisburg, who will drive sustainability reporting services for SMEs and Friederike Rolshoven in Frankfurt, focussing on clients in the energy sector.
- Six team members have been promoted to partner across different strategic areas at Spanish member firm PKF Attest: Jose Segura Iranzo and David Blanco Corral in audit and financial advice, Alberto Iglesias de don Pedro in legal and tax, Juan Manuel Chueca García and Alexander Barañano Astigarraga in consulting and technology, and Unai Azcue Tato in corporate services.
In North America, PKF O’Connor Davies has announced six partner promotions. Robert Cermeli, Valerie Imondi, Krista Karabel, Christina McLoughlin, Andrew Musci and Rebecca Welnak are all recognised for their expertise and commitment to delivering value to clients. PKF in Eastern Africa has promoted Hussein Nurdin to partner at PKF Tanzania, where he’ll continue to lead statutory and project audits across a diverse range of sectors. Egyptian member firm PKF Rashed, Badr & Co has rewarded Mostafa Emara’s dedication and excellence since joining the firm in 2017 with his promotion to deputy audit partner.
As well as partner promotions, many individuals within the PKF Global family have been promoted to director. Bryan Casey-Whitmore is Irish member firm PKF Brenson Lawlor’s newly promoted director in the audit and advisory team. PKF Ambassador Juliane Miller has been promoted to marketing director at PKF Wulf Gruppe and will continue to elevate the firm’s brand. US-based member firm Berkowitz Pollack Brant has promoted Heath Standorff to director within the family office department, while PKF in Eastern Africa has appointed team members Esther Kinuthia and Mustafa Mohamed as new directors in the Nairobi and Dar es Salaam offices.
The new year has also seen several promotions within the senior leadership teams at our member firms. Amanda Wolfe embarks on a new role as Managing Director of Boston-based PKF JND after dedicating over two decades of her career to the firm. PKF APOGEO’s Vladimír Chylík, a team member since the firm was founded more than 20 years ago, has been promoted to the position of senior partner in tax and accounting. Ralph Setzer and Anca Grapini have been named as the new Managing Partners at PKF Wulf Gruppe and PKF Econometrica respectively, both eager to drive further growth at their firms.
