PKF Global Annual Review 2025
2025 was a year of progress for PKF Global. Across every region, our community demonstrated strength, agility and human connection. Against a backdrop of market consolidation and evolving client needs, we invested in quality, strengthened governance, deepened our digital capability and brought our people together across borders to learn, collaborate and grow.

Growing global reach and capability
Despite market pressures, we continued to grow sustainably, helping our firms strengthen their services, capabilities and international relationships. During the year, we welcomed 10 new firms and entered new markets, increasing our technical depth and coverage.
The power of global connection
Across every region, 2025 was marked by real connection. Our gatherings brought together hundreds of colleagues to share knowledge, celebrate achievements and nurture the relationships that define our network. From Lagos to Marrakesh, Taipei to Punta Cana, members discussed emerging trends, explored new opportunities and connected across borders.
These events did more than share expertise; they reinforced the spirit of belonging and collaboration that drives our network forward.
Investing in our future leaders
Our people remain our greatest strength. This year, we expanded our global leadership programmes through the PKF Leadership Academy. These experiences empower our rising talent and shape a future ready leadership community across our network. We gave our future leaders opportunities to grow, reflect and connect through:
- our Leadership Development Programme in Marrakesh
- the AsPac LEAD Retreat in Fiji
- our first global Emerging Leaders Gathering in Phuket
- continued global secondments through PKF GO.
Embedding a culture of quality
Quality continued to be a defining focus for us in 2025. Driven by our Quality and Risk Committee, we enhanced the ISQM Digital Workspace and improved visibility and consistency across our network. What’s more, independent monitoring, technical learning and strengthened governance helped firms anticipate risks and uphold standards. Quality at PKF is more than a framework; it’s a shared commitment we build together.
Accelerating digital progress
This was an important year for technology, and we positioned ourselves for smarter, more coordinated digital progress in the years ahead. We laid strong foundations for future transformation by:
- establishing the Digital Strategy Group for governance and oversight
- launching our first global AI trial, engaging more than 400 colleagues
- strengthening cybersecurity, with a minimum standard to be implemented in 2026
- introducing the redesigned PKF Hub, enabling faster knowledge-sharing and collaboration
- preparing for the launch of our updated global website in January 2026.
Turning insight into action
In 2025, we delivered our first comprehensive global Net Promoter Score (NPS) study, offering a clear view of member sentiment across regions. With a Global NPS of 46, the findings highlighted strong loyalty driven by brand recognition, global collaboration and cross border client service. These insights are informing our strategic priorities for 2026, reinforcing our commitment to listening, learning and improving together.
Advancing our sustainability journey
Sustainability remained central to our values. We strive to reduce environmental impact through smarter travel, procurement practices and enhanced governance. While this work is long term and evolving, our direction is clear: progress with honesty, transparency and intent.
Looking ahead
As we move into 2026, we are well positioned for the future, grounded in strong governance, connected by shared values and energised by the collective ambition of our global community. We’re ready for the opportunities ahead and our future is promising as we move forward with confidence, together.
‘We know the pace of change will continue, but so will the strength of our global community. We will seize opportunities, navigate challenges and support each other through continued transformation.’
- Christos Antoniou, PKF Global Chairman
